The Green Estate CIC and Pictorial Meadows are delighted to welcome Professor Nigel Dunnett and Professor James Hitchmough for the launch of the new edition of their groundbreaking book, The Dynamic Landscape. Join us on Thursday 30 October at Manor Oaks House in Sheffield for an inspiring evening celebrating innovation in ecological design and urban nature management.
On Wednesday 29th October join us to learn about how Manor Fields Park stops out homes from flooding. This free family friendly outdoor event is happening as part of our October half term activities.
Expect; educational and fun activities, a walking tour of the park, conversations with Green Estate staff and volunteers and refreshments.
The Green Estate CIC believes place-based urban resilience can demonstrate hopeful participatory action to address societal, ecological and climate crises.
