Director General of British Chambers and Duke of Gloucester Visit The Green Estate

On Thursday 17 July, The Green Estate welcomed two special visitors during its Summer Staff Day: Shevaun Haviland, Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce, and HRH Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester.

In the morning, the Director General went on a tour of the Pictorial Meadows trial fields and warehouse before officially presenting The Green Estate with the two Chamber Business Awards we won last year.

In the afternoon, the Duke of Gloucester was introduced to all of The Green Estate’s staff and volunteers at Sheffield Manor Lodge before unveiling a plaque at the Turret House to mark his visit.
