Fleet and Facilities Assistant
| Salary | £26,227.50 per annum from April 2026 |

The Green Estate is a community interest company whose purpose is to grow green and resilient urban places for people and nature to thrive. We are one of the first 15 organisations selected for the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. Our 2030 goal is to become a national urban resilience demonstrator.
The successful applicant will join our Operations team and support the maintenance, health and safety and operations of our company’s fleet of vehicles, provide a good standard of maintenance and presentation on buildings and facilities across our site, and contribute to a safe, functional and efficient work environment. To apply for this role, you will have good DIY and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to drive company vehicles.
