At The Green Estate CIC, we have one of the most impactful and innovative Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) teams in social enterprise. Using the turf and seed mixes of the Pictorial Meadows® brand, developed in partnership with the late Professor Nigel Dunnett, and our own specialist Grey to Green Soils and Substrate, our projects have ranged from installing high-impact meadows that increase biodiversity and pollinator habitats, to supporting the creation of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and regenerating urban landscapes.
With aspirations to grow our impact, reach and sales, we are expanding the Senior Leadership Team within NBS and are now recruiting an NBS Operations Director to work alongside our NBS Growth Director.
We’re looking for someone who can:

• Balance operational excellence with customer relationships and business development
• Develop people, accountability and a high-performance culture
• Understand the realities of delivering landscape, horticultural, environmental or nature-based services at scale

What matters most is your ability to lead people, operations and commercial performance in a complex, purpose-led environment.
If you are an experienced operational leader who wants to grow a successful business while delivering tangible environmental and social impact, we would like to hear from you.
