When you hire our venues, you are supporting the work of The Green Estate CIC – an award-winning social enterprise on a mission to grow green and resilient urban places for people and nature to thrive.
We look after a variety of green spaces in the Manor Castle ward, which includes Sheffield Manor Lodge and Manor Fields Park.
Manor Oaks House
With its original stonework and wooden beams dotted with fairy lights, Manor Oaks House provides a beautiful space for corporate events. The venue has access to private gardens with a stone fire pit, and the Rhubarb Shed Café provides a range of delicious catering options (or you can bring your own external caterers).

The Discovery Centre
The Discovery Centre sits at the entrance to the historic ruins of Sheffield Manor Lodge. The venue offers a smaller space, with doors opening into the grounds beyond. There is a separate refreshment and reception area, and the sixteenth century Turret House can be booked for breakout space.

Food and Drink
Refreshment Station
A refreshment station including tea, coffee, juice, water and biscuits can be added for an additional £2 per person.
Rhubarb Shed Catering
The Rhubarb Shed Cafe provides delicious catering for our venue hire at Manor Oaks House and The Discovery Centre. A lunch buffet can be provided for £9pp (add £1pp for dietary requirements such as vegan/free-from).

From whittling and willow weaving to nature photography, mindful nature workshops to flower creations plus tours of beautiful site, our workshops offer a variety of activities—from mindfulness and meditation sessions to practical and creative activities — all aimed at promoting a healthier, happier, and more engaged team.
