Numbers
Our minimum and maximum booking numbers vary depending on supplier. Please see the individual information for details. Our minimum for most activities is 10 people and the highest maximum is 40 people. At the Discovery Centre our maximum is 24 people due to venue capacity.
Availability
We work with a range of fantastic suppliers but sometimes they are busy elsewhere. We will get in touch with your chosen workshop supplier and check availability for you. If they are not available for your selected dates, we will speak with our other suppliers to see who would be able to deliver a workshop for you.
Just a workshop
Our workshops are designed to be part of a wider venue hire however if you would just like to book a workshop, please note there is an additional venue hire charge.
Payment
You will receive one invoice from The Green Estate CIC. We will pass on all payments to the supplier on your behalf to ensure an easy and seamless process for you. Payment must be made within 30 days of the booking. Within 30 days of your booking the payment is non-refundable.
