Tudor Grounds and Turret House

The doorway of the 16th century Turret House provides a unique setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony, with up to 100 guests surrounded by sweeping grounds and romantic ruins. Inside provides a unique space for photos to be taken. The grounds offer stunning photograph opportunities, from the sweep of meadows to the lavender labyrinth, apothecary garden, romantic ruins and the the Turret House itself.

Manor Oaks House

Our barn extends from a rustic farmhouse into a country feel cottage garden. Featuring original stonework and exposed wooden beams dotted with fairy lights, our barn offers the perfect backdrop to add your own personal touches. Ceremonies for up to 60 guests can be hosted at Manor Oaks House with a wedding breakfast for your guests. We can host 120 guests for your evening reception.

Outdoor Spaces and Gardens

Both our wedding venues boast stunning outdoor spaces and gardens. From the apothecary garden to the lavender labyrinth, our Tudor grounds are full of perfect backdrops for beautiful photos. At Manor Oaks House our flower-filled garden and garden games give you and your guests space to relax before the dancing commences and the campfire is lit. 

From May to September, and sometimes beyond, you’ll find swathes of colour from our meadows, creating a countryside feel, just five minutes from Sheffield city centre.

Rhubarb Shed Catering

Delicious food is an essential to any wedding and the Rhubarb Shed provides this in abundance for your day time catering. From simple buffets to hot platters, bbqs to sit-down meals, and with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, they provide a wedding breakfast for all tastes and budgets.

External Suppliers

 If you’ve always wanted a wood fired pizza oven or hog roast you can choose to use any external caterers that do not require the use of a catering kitchen for your evening food.  

Drinks

We have a fully stocked bottle bar and drinks packages available at Manor Oaks House. If you choose to hold your ceremony at the Turret House you are welcome to bring your own fizz to toast that special moment.

We believe you should love planning the exciting moments of your day, but not be worrying about the basics! Within the wedding venue hire price you’ll find tables, tablecloths, chairs, simple table dressings, fairy lights and glassware leaving you to concentrate on the fun aspects such as the cake and entertainment. 

Our venue is ready to use but you can choose to add flowers, venue styling, seating plans or any other details that you dream of, working with your friends and family, or any external supplier of your choice for that personal and unique look.
