Our supported DIY weddings allow you to inject your personality and unique style into your special day to truly reflect who you are.

We offer stunning spaces in which you can personalise your ceremony, décor, food and entertainment, working with your friends and family, or any external supplier of your choice.. Whether you’re wanting summer florals or autumn foliage, bold and bright or gothic vibes, a Disney party or Gatsby luxe we believe you should have the day of your dreams, exactly as you want it to be. We’ve even had the odd stormtrooper walk our wedding aisle!

Although our weddings are DIY, we believe you should love planning the exciting moments of your day, and not be worrying about the basics! Within the price you’ll find tables, tablecloths, chairs, rustic centrepieces, fairy lights and glassware leaving you to concentrate on the fun details.

Food and Drink

Rhubarb Shed Catering

Delicious food is an essential to any wedding, and the Rhubarb Shed provides this in abundance catering. From simple buffets to hot platters, BBQ’s to sit-down meals, and with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, they provide a wedding breakfast for all tastes and budgets. If you book Rhubarb Shed, your crockery, cutlery and sauces will be provided.

External Caterers

If you’ve always wanted a wood fired pizza oven or hog roast you can choose to use any external caterers that do not require the use of a catering kitchen for your food.  

Drinks

We have a fully stocked bottle bar and drinks packages available.

Suppliers

We are happy to work with any suppliers of your choosing. We do have suppliers that have been particularly popular with our couples and we work with regularly that we would be happy to recommend. Please speak to us at your showround.

Roots and Bloom’s flowers are grown on site, or otherwise sourced locally, making them an amazing environmental choice. Gina uses the season’s best blooms and foliage to design beautiful pieces meaning that precise pink or luscious yellow might not always be available at certain times of year. Available April to December.
