Sun 27 October (1:30pm – 3:30pm)
Connect with nature and enjoy a new experience in our unique, historic green space exclusive for participants
With Caroline Cook from Well With Nature
What Will I Be Doing?
Part 1: Caroline will lead you around Sheffield Manor Lodge and guide you on how to be more mindful in nature, with opportunities to share your experiences as part of the group. This session will be similar to forest bathing mindfulness, giving you a chance to slow down and immerse your senses in nature.
Part 2: Caroline will help you connect to nature in a deeper way through learning and sharing about native plants and trees, including their traditional, cultural and medicinal uses, folklore and beliefs.
Part 3: Closing with foraged herbal tea.
This workshop is perfect as a mindful gift for yourself or someone else to enjoy in a calm and relaxing space.
